APPROACH
Inclusive, appreciative & localized
Organizations and programs are complex systems of human relationships. They must be understood and analyzed as such.
I design inclusive approaches to engage all stakeholders in evaluations that reflect their expertise and vision.
My evaluations are inspired by the principles of appreciative inquiry. I help stakeholders identify what works best in what they do, envision a positive future, and develop strategies to get there.
In the evaluations I lead, I collaborate with experts from the countries where the interventions under study take place. I am a strong advocate for more equitable partnerships between Southern and Norhtern evaluation actors.
ABOUT
I am an independent evaluator and strategic advisor in the field of development cooperation. Since 2010, I have supported many governmental and non-governmental organizations in improving their interventions in all kinds of sectors.
In recent years, I have specialized in the evaluation of gender and feminist programming and feminist evaluation.
I am also the co-founder and director of MatchLocal, a non-profit organization that strengthens local leadership in crisis-affected areas. Learn more at www.matchlocal.org.
